1.   The Cemetery office will be open 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.  Interments will be made every day except Holidays and Sundays when arrangements are made with Funeral Directors.

Relatives and friends will have access to gravesites all hours between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. each day.  Cemetery property is closed to all traffic from 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. everyday.
    

2. Reasonable precautions will be taken to protect lot holders and their rights within the Cemetery; but the cemetery distinctly disclaims all responsibility for loss or damage from causes beyond its reasonable control, and especially from damage caused by the elements, an act of God, thieves, vandals, explosions and unavoidable accidents.
    
3. Any planter, decoration, wreath, vase, statue or other items placed on a burial space that is not specifically and permanently attached to a monument, concrete base or installed in a permanent fashion according to the regulations of this City and Cemetery is not covered for damage, theft or vandalism by any cause and is not the responsibility of the City, Cemetery Staff or Management.
    
4. The Cemetery shall have the right to correct any error whatsoever made by one of its employees in the interment, disinterment or removal of a body.  The Cemetery also accepts no responsibility for errors made because of wrong or incomplete information.
    
5. Unused grave spaces may only be returned to the City for the original purchase price.  They cannot be sold or transferred.
    
6. Maintenance activities will be scheduled to provide a reasonable amount of care to the Cemetery Grounds.  Work will be scheduled to provide a respectable appearance of fixtures and grounds.
    
7. No flowers, tress or shrubs may be planted on any grave or lot.  Any violation of this rule will be removed by the Cemetery.
    
8. The Cemetery reserves the right to remove and/or dispose of any flowers, wreaths, containers of any type should they interfere with mowing, maintenance or become displaced or unsightly due to the wind or other causes.   The cemetery is not responsible for damaged or stolen floral pieces or other decorations.
    
9. Memorial Day:  Cut flowers, artificial flowers and wreaths are permitted for only one week following Memorial Day.  The Cemetery will pick up and dispose of any remaining at the end of that time to facilitate mowing and maintenance.
    
10. All interments including cremations require an approved vault or outside container.
   
11. Dogs or other animals are not allowed within the Cemetery.
   
12. Speed limit in the Cemetery is 15 mph at all times.  All vehicles and bikes must be kept on the roadways at all times.
   
13. Except for special memorial services, firearms are expressly prohibited from being carried, discharged or displayed on any City Property.
    
14. Special decorum will be observed by all cemetery employees while services are  being conducted at graveside.  All nearby work will cease until the services are completed.  Any person or vehicle etc. creating noise is required to stop the noise or leave the Cemetery during Cemetery functions.  All traffic will cease in the area of a Funeral and all visitors are required to avoid interference or disruption of funeral services and scheduled functions.
