John Hegg is certified by the International Code Council on building code compliance and inspection. He is also certified as a Municipal Utilities operator. John has past experience inspecting for the South Dakota Department of Agriculture and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
Your building plans are reviewed for conformance to the uniform building code. Building Permits are required. Your plans are reviewed by the City's Planning Commission before being submitted to the City Council for their approval.
